Norah Jones "...Featuring" Album Review

RECORDED FROM 2001 TO 2010, THE CAMEOS, DUETS AND COLLABORATIONS ON THIS COMPILATION SPAN THE MUSICAL SPECTRUM AND SHOW NORAH JONES TO BE ONE OF THE DECADE'S MOST DIVERSE MUSICAL CONNECTORS.

I remember the first Norah Jones song I ever heard "Come Away With Me", I instantly was drawn to her soft, mellow, beautiful tone. Her music is a blend of  acoustic pop with soul and jazz.

This new album "...Featuring" is a compilation of Norah Jones' features with other artists across all musical genres. From songs with Talib Kweli to the Foo Fighters, each track has a unique sound and feel.

Alright…CONFESSION: the shoes above are my FAVORITE flats! I have an unhealthy addiction to flats and these purples ones….well, they’re well-loved. :) Anywho, although it would be nice…I don’t wear my KushyFoot foot covers everyday so I decided to put these KushyFoot Toe Cushions in my flats and it definitely put some pep in my step. The toe cushions are trimmable and adhesive on the bottom to help keep them in place, and fit into any size shoe. They’re another great way to keep your feet happy.

I was sent the Sorceress Costume (picutred below) and it is excellent quality. It looks just like the picture! It fits true to size and the material is very soft. I generally am disappointed in the costumes I find at retail stores, but the costumes at Wholesale Costume Club are surprisingly wonderful. Their selection of womens costumes and adult costumes is endless and most of them and are priced between $30 and $60.

Finding a great product for curly hair has always been a chore for me. Either the product is too thick and greasy or it’s too light and doesn’t define my curls well.


Growing up I was constantly frustrated by the frizziness of my curls, and my mother would tell me “women pay good money to have curls like yours!” I highly doubted it.
